New York, Dec. 30 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $400,000 of 0% review notes due Dec. 27, 2023 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus a call premium of 9.6% per year if the index closes at or above its initial level on any annual call date.
If the notes are not called, meaning the index has closed below its initial level, investors will lose 1% for each 1% that the index declines from its initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
