New York, Dec. 30 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $649,000 of 0% uncapped accelerated barrier notes due June 5, 2025 linked to the performance of the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.08 times the return of the index.
If the index falls but finishes at or above the 65% barrier level, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the index.
