New Issue: Citigroup sells $2.12 million buffered digital notes on MSCI EAFE

Chicago, July 29 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.12 million of 0% buffered digital notes due July 20, 2022 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the index return is at least negative 15%, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,105.60 per $1,000 principal amount. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% index decline beyond 15%.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
