New Issue: JPMorgan prices $5.42 million 8.1% yield notes linked to Russell, EAFE

Olympia, Wash., July 7 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $5.42 million of 8.1% yield notes due July 29, 2021 linked to the lesser performing of the MSCI EAFE index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par unless either index finishes below its buffer level, 80% of its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% that the lesser-performing index falls beyond the buffer.
