New Issue: JPMorgan sells $4.26 million capped buffered enhanced participation notes on EAFE

Chicago, July 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.26 million of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due Dec. 8, 2021 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the gain, capped at par plus 19.2%.

If the index finishes flat or falls by up to 7%, payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.0753% for every 1% index decline beyond 7%.
