New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $467,000 leveraged buffered notes on MSCI EAFE

Los Angeles, May 1 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $467,000 of 0% leveraged buffered index-linked notes due Nov. 10, 2021 tied to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.6 times any index gain, capped at par plus 21.6%.

Investors will receive par if the index finishes flat or falls by up to 12.5% and will lose 1.1429% for each 1% decline beyond 12.5%.
