Los Angeles, March 16 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2,897,000 of 0% buffered notes due June 15, 2022 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.6 times any index gain, capped at $1,296.16 per $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1.1765% per 1% drop beyond 15%.
