Aquasition prices $50 million initial public offering of equity units

Offering conducted at $10.00 per unit by underwriter Rodman & Renshaw

Knoxville, Tenn., April 4 - Aquasition Corp. priced its $50 million initial public offering of units, according to a Form F-1 filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The deal has a $7.5 million greenshoe.

The company will sell 5 million units of one common share and one warrant at $10.00 per unit, with each warrant exercisable at $7.50 for five years.

Rodman & Renshaw, LLC is the underwriter.

Aquasition is a blank check company based in London. The company expects its shares to trade on the Nasdaq.
