M.R. Beal names Brennan, Zimmerman as municipal sales vice presidents

Cleveland, Feb. 3 - M.R. Beal & Co. announced that Michael Brennan and Paul Zimmerman joined the firm's institutional municipal sales department as senior vice presidents in December.

Brennan and Zimmerman joined M.R. Beal with over 25 years of municipal sales experience. Both previously were vice presidents at Prager, Sealy & Co., LLC. Prior to that, they worked together at UBS Financial Services where they focused on municipal sales.

"This rounds out a UBS contingent including our head trader, Jim McGinley, and our head underwriter, Fernando Lopez - all former UBS professionals that are now working together again at M.R. Beal," Jay Alpert, executive vice president and manager of the firm's municipal bond department, said in a news release.

M.R. Beal is an investment bank based in New York.
