Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 19 - MPC Computers, LLC received a fourth extension to its exclusive periods to file a plan of reorganization and solicit votes on the plan, according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The company's exclusive plan-filing period was extended to Dec. 30 from Oct. 30 and the solicitation period to March 3 from Jan. 4, the filing said.

As previously reported, MPC was granted its third extension in September.
