Miami Beach Health calls $84.37 million 2004 Mount Sinai Medical bonds

Norfolk, Va., Oct. 15 – The City of Miami Beach Health Facilities Authority plans to redeem all $84.37 million of its series 2004 hospital revenue refunding bonds issued for the Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, according to two notices.

The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Nov. 15:

• $32,705,000 of 5.75% bonds due Nov. 15, 2021;

• $16.69 million of 5.75% bonds due Nov. 15, 2024;

• $30.24 million of 5.75% bonds due Nov. 15, 2029; and

• $4,735,000 of 5.75% bonds due Nov. 15, 2029.

U.S. Bank NA is the bond trustee.
