Mothers Work to buy back up to $10 million 11¼% notes
New York, Aug. 3 - Mothers Work, Inc. said its board of directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $10 million principal amount of its 11¼% senior notes.
The buybacks can by in the open market or via privately negotiated transactions.
Timing will depend on market conditions.
Mothers Work is a Philadelphia-based designer and retailer of maternity apparel.
