S&P changes Mosenergo to positive

S&P said it revised the outlook on Mosenergo PJSC to positive from stable and affirmed its BB+ long-term corporate credit rating.

The outlook revision reflects the agency’s view that, on the back of strengthened stand-alone credit metrics, it could raise the rating on Mosenergo by one notch if it took a similar action on its ultimate parent, Gazprom PJSC.
