Moscow Domodedovo Airport to price $350 million notes

By Marisa Wong

Los Angeles, Feb. 1 – Moscow Domodedovo Airport plans to price $350 million notes, according to a notice.

The company previously announced plans to issue dollar-denominated notes with a seven-year tenor.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Raiffeisen Bank International and Societe Generale CIB are the joint lead managers, according to a market source.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S loan participation notes (Ba1//BB) will be issued through DME Airport DAC.

The proceeds will be used primarily to fund a tender offer launched by DME Airport for its outstanding 5 7/8% notes due 2021 and a portion of its outstanding 5.075% notes due 2023. The tender offer is expected to settle on or about Feb. 18.
