Moscow Domodedovo Airport plans dollar-denominated seven-year notes

By Rebecca Melvin

New York, Jan. 20 – Moscow Domodedovo Airport has selected banks and scheduled fixed-income investor calls regarding a proposed issue of new dollar-denominated notes with a seven-year tenor, according to a market source.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Raiffeisen Bank International and Societe Generale CIB are the joint lead managers, which will arrange a global investor call on Wednesday and subsequent individual calls.

A Rule 144A and Regulation S offering of loan participation notes (Ba1//BB), issued by DME Airport DAC, will follow subject to market conditions.

The proceeds will be used primarily to fund a tender offer launched by DME Airport for its outstanding 5 7/8% notes due 2021 and a portion of its outstanding 5.075% notes due 2023. The tender is expected to be settled on or about Feb. 18 with the early participation results announced on Jan. 28.
