Moscow Bank of Reconstruction to start roadshow for three-year dollar notes Thursday

New York, Feb. 14 - Moscow Bank of Reconstruction and Development plans to start a roadshow for an offering of U.S. dollar-denominated three-year fixed-rate notes (B1//B-) in Hong Kong on Thursday, according to a market source.

The roadshow will then move to Singapore on Friday, then Frankfurt and Vienna next Monday, followed up by a visit to Paris on Tuesday, Switzerland on Wednesday, and finally wrapping up in London on Thursday.

Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein is the lead manager for the Regulation S offering.

The proposed issuer, headquartered in Moscow, is 95% owned by Sistema Group.
