Fitch rates Moscow bond AAA(rus)

Fitch Ratings said it assigned the city of Moscow's upcoming RUR20 billion domestic bond issue due September 2016 an expected national long-term rating of AAA(rus). Its long-term foreign- and local-currency ratings are BBB with a negative outlook, its short-term foreign-currency rating is F3 and a national long-term rating of AAA(rus) with a stable outlook.

The rating is contingent upon the receipt of final documents, Fitch said.
