New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $1.56 million contingent income autocalls on two stocks

By Sarah Lizee

Olympia, Wash., July 24 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.56 million of contingent income autocallable securities due July 22, 2022 linked to the worst performing of the common stocks of CVS Health Corp. and Centene Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 12% if each stock closes at or above its downside threshold, 70% of its initial level, on the determination date for that quarter.

The notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon if each stock closes above 90% of its initial level on any quarterly review date.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the final contingent coupon unless any stock finishes below its 70% downside threshold, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worst performing stock.
