Morgan Stanley plans enhanced trigger jump notes tied to S&P 500

Chicago, Jan. 16 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% enhanced trigger jump securities due April 22, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its 82.5% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the upside return of 10%.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Jan. 18.

The Cusip number is 61768DZP3.
