New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $33.55 million capped leveraged notes on Russell

Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 30 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $33.55 million of 0% capped leveraged notes due Feb. 5, 2020 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,249 per $1,000 principal amount.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.
