New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $10.74 million of buffered PLUS linked to S&P 500

Chicago, Aug. 8 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $10.74 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Feb. 6, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any index gain, up to a maximum return of $1,250 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 17.5% and will lose 1.2121% for each 1% decline beyond 17.5%.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
