Morgan Stanley will price return enhanced notes on PHLX Semiconductor

Knoxville, Tenn., July 20 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% return enhanced notes due Aug. 8, 2018 linked to the PHLX Semiconductor Sector index, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus double the index return, subject to a maximum return of 19.56%. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the agents.

The notes (Cusip: 61761J4D8) will price July 21 and settle July 26.
