New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $11.18 million 5.15% buffered notes on Russell, iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, March 8 – Morgan Stanley priced $11.18 million of 5.15% fixed-income buffered securities due March 9, 2017 linked to the worse performing of the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable monthly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless either component finishes below the 75% buffer level, in which case investors will lose 1.25% for each 1% decline beyond 25%, with a minimum payout of 6.25% of par.
