Morgan Stanley to price enhanced trigger jump securities on S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 25 – Morgan Stanley plans to price enhanced trigger jump securities due Dec. 5, 2018 tied to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is at least 80% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of 7.8% and the percent change in the index up to a maximum payment of $15 per $10 principal amount.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the index decline.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Nov. 30 and settle on Dec. 3.

The Cusip number is 61765U274.
