New Issue: Morgan Stanley reopens notes due 2015 to add Ps. 1 billion

New York, Oct. 2 - Morgan Stanley reopened its Mexican peso-denominated offering of fixed-rate senior bearer notes due Dec. 28, 2015 to add Ps. 1 billion, according to a document filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The issue priced at 100.5154, which included accrued but unpaid interest.

On Dec. 27, 2005, the firm sold Ps. 1.25 billion of the notes to bear an interest rate of 8.44%. This brings the total size of the notes to Ps. 2.25 billion.
