Morgan Stanley plans trigger jump securities linked to iShares MSCI EM

Chicago, Oct. 26 - Morgan Stanley plans to price 0% trigger jump securities due November 2014 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund gains, the payout at maturity will be par of $10.00 plus the greater of any gain and the upside payment of $2.80 to $3.30 per note. The exact amount will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 35% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the index declines by more than 35%.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.

The notes will price and settle in November.

The Cusip number is 61760T157.
