Morgan Stanley buys back €5.9 million of its notes due 2013 and 2018

Kansas City, Kan., Oct. 19 - Morgan Stanley announced the early repurchase of €5.9 million of notes.

The bank repurchased €5 million of its 6.5% notes due Dec. 28, 2018, according to a company announcement.

Following the transaction, the amount outstanding is €724.65 million000

The company also repurchased €900,000 of series 1124 notes due April 2, 2013, according to the announcement.

Following the transaction, the amount outstanding is €40.9 million.
