New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.82 million market-linked notes linked to Dow, S&P, Russell
New York, Jan. 30 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.82 million of 0% market-linked notes due Jan. 28, 2028 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the return of the worst performing index is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return of that index, subject to a maximum return of par plus 76%.
Otherwise, investors will receive par.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
