New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $1.42 million enhanced buffered jump securities on S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., April 29 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.42 million of 0% enhanced buffered jump securities due April 29, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the index finishes at or above its 85% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par plus 37.5%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
