New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $13.78 million callable contingent income notes on ETF, indexes

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, June 16 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $13.78 million of callable contingent income securities due June 13, 2023 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, the iShares MSCI Brazil ETF and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Each quarter, the notes will pay a contingent coupon at the rate of 10.1% per year if each asset closes at or above its coupon barrier level, 65% of its initial level, on the observation date that period.
