Morgan Stanley to retap Mexican peso notes due 2015

New York, Sept. 27 - Morgan Stanley plans to reopen its Mexican peso-denominated offering of fixed-rate senior bearer notes due Dec. 28, 2015, according to a document filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

On Dec. 27, 2005, the firm sold Ps. 1.25 billion of the notes to bear an interest rate of 8.44%.
