New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $4.17 million buffered jump autocalls on indexes

Columbus, Ohio, March 6 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $4.17 million of 0% buffered jump securities with autocallable feature due March 4, 2026 linked to the lesser performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus 8.6% per year if each index closes at or above its initial level on any annual determination date.
If the notes are not called and the final level of each index is greater than or equal to 75% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 51.6%.
If the final level of any index is less than its 75% buffer level, investors will lose 1.3333% for every 1% that the lesser-performing index declines beyond 25%.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
