Morgan Lewis adds finance and restructuring partner Wolfe in New York

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 29 – Morgan Lewis announced that Craig A. Wolfe has joined the firm as a finance and restructuring partner in New York.

Wolfe represents distressed debtors in formal Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court restructurings, according to a press release.

He also represents strategic and financial purchasers in acquiring distressed businesses and specific assets, as well as creditors’ committees in the bankruptcies of businesses across multiple industries.

Wolfe has worked with clients in a variety of sectors, including retail, apparel, food and beverage, packaging, technology, ocean shipping, shipbuilding, petroleum trading, offshore oil, pipeline, transportation and logistics, entertainment, telecommunications, chemical, aircraft, steel, publishing, manufacturing and printing.

“Craig’s arrival deepens our capacity to assist clients who require elite-level advice regarding insolvency issues,” firm chair Jami McKeon said in the release.

“His comprehensive work in this area enables him to provide the sophisticated and timely support companies require in matters that are often critical to their success.”
