New Issue: Cleveland County Educational, Okla., prices $65.63 million Moore bonds

New York, Aug. 29 - The Cleveland County Educational Facilities Authority of Oklahoma sold $65,625,000 of series 2013 educational facilities lease revenue bonds for the Moore Public Schools, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds were sold through D.A. Davidson & Co.

The bonds are due 2014 to 2018 with 5% coupons and yields from 0.57% to 2.26%.

Proceeds will be used to finance the construction of two new elementary schools and a junior high school, as well as to make additions and renovations to the district's high schools.
