Moonlight Basin Ranch gets court OK for $1.075 million condo sale

Pittsburgh, June 15 - Moonlight Basin Ranch LP received court approval to sell a Madison County, Mont., condo property to David S. Williams for $1.075 million, according to a Tuesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Montana.

The sale agreement was scheduled to close on June 10.

A $64,500 real estate commission will be shared between Tim Anderson and Big Sky Sotheby's International Realty, the order said.

Moonlight Basin, an Ennis, Mont., resort, filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 18, 2009. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-62327.
