BMC Special Care, Montgomery, Ala., calls $106.24 million 2004 bonds

Norfolk, Va., Sept. 24 – The BMC Special Care Facilities Financing Authority of the City of Montgomery, Ala., called all $82.41 million of its 2004A and $23.83 million of 2004C revenue refunding bonds, according to two notices.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Nov. 15.

The following 2004A bonds were called:

• $6.79 million of 5% bonds due Nov. 15, 2015;

• $6,725,000 of 5% bonds due Nov. 15, 2016;

• $8.43 million of 5% bonds due Nov. 15, 2017;

• $9,935,000 of 5% bonds due Nov. 15, 2018;

• $10.33 million of 5% bonds due Nov. 15, 2019;

• $10,375,000 of 5% bonds due Nov. 15, 2020;

• $12,715,000 of 5% bonds due Nov. 15, 2022;

• $13.91 million of 5% bonds due Nov. 15, 2024;

• $1,135,000 of 5% bonds due Nov. 15, 2025; and

• $2,065,000 of 5.15% bonds due Nov. 15, 2027.

The following 2004C bonds were called:

• $2.89 million of 5.125% bonds due Nov. 15, 2024; and

• $20.94 million of 5.25% bonds due Nov. 15, 2029.
