Moody's: Monterrey view negative

Moody's de Mexico said it affirmed Monterrey's issuer ratings at Ba2 (global scale, local currency) and A2.mx (Mexico national scale).

The outlook was changed to negative from stable.

Moody's said the change of outlook was prompted by the recent downgrade of the State of Nuevo Leon to Ba2/A2.mx from Ba1/A1.mx and the maintenance of the negative outlook.
