Monroe County Water Authority in Rochester, N.Y., intends to sell $94.5 million revenue bonds

Tupelo, Miss., Dec. 8 - The Monroe County Water Authority in Rochester, N.Y., announced plans to sell $94.5 million of water system revenue bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The offering includes $3.795 million of series 2010A revenue bonds and $90.705 million of series 2010B Build America Bonds.

The bonds will price through a negotiated sale managed by Jefferies & Co.

Proceeds will be used to finance the construction of a 50 million gallon per day water treatment plant.
