New Issue: Monongalia County Building, W.Va., prices $51.45 million revenue bonds

New York, April 15 – The Monongalia County Building Commission of West Virginia sold $51.45 million of series 2015 refunding and improvement revenue bonds for the Monongalia Health System Obligated Group, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (/A-/A-) were sold through Goldman, Sachs & Co.

The bonds are due 2016 to 2030 with a term bond due in 2035. The serial bonds have 3% to 5% coupons. The 2035 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 98.631.

Proceeds will be used to finance capital improvements to the Monongalia County General Hospital and refund the commission’s series 2005A revenue bonds.
