Monogram Biosciences files stock shelf

Des Moines, Sept. 15 - Monogram Biosciences, Inc. registered a shelf for 26 million shares of common stock in an S-3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Proceeds will be used to develop and commercialize assays for HIV and cancer drugs, to expand facilities, for administrative support and for general corporate purposes.

Based in South San Francisco, Calif., Monogram develops diagnostics and services to aid the treatment of HIV, cancer and other diseases.
