Mongolian Mining looking to price new senior notes on April 2

Morgantown, W.Va., March 18 – Mongolian Mining Corp. plans to price new senior notes (B-) on April 2, according to a company announcement.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc and Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc will act as joint bookrunners and joint lead managers for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.

Proceeds will be used to fund a tender offer for the company’s existing notes. Remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The new notes are expected to be issued on April 12.

The coking coal producer is based in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
