Moody's reviews Apria

Moody's Investors Service said it placed Apria Healthcare Group Inc.'s corporate family and probability-of-default ratings of Ba3 under review for downgrade.

The review follows the announcement that the company is pursuing a consent agreement from its current lenders to fund a one-time distribution in an amount up to $500 million to its equity holders, according to agency.
