Apria Healthcare postpones $265 million 10-year note offering

St. Louis, Nov. 15 - Apria Healthcare Group Inc. postponed its $265 million offering of 10-year senior subordinated notes (B1/BB-) on Thursday due to market conditions, according to market sources.

Goldman Sachs & Co. and Banc of America Securities LLC were joint bookrunners.

Proceeds were to have been used to pay for acquisition costs.

Apria is a Lake Forest, Calif., home health care services provider.
