Molecular Insight granted access to cash collateral through May 20

Pittsburgh, May 2 - Molecular Insight Pharmaceuticals, Inc.'s access to cash collateral has been extended to 11:59 p.m. ET on May 20, according to a Monday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts.

The company said its consenting bondholders have agreed to the extension.

Molecular Insight, a Cambridge, Mass.-based clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on molecular medicine, filed for bankruptcy on Dec. 9, 2010. The Chapter 11 case number is 10-23355.
