Moldflow acquired by Autodesk for $297 million

Charlotte, N.C., June 25 - Autodesk, Inc. said it completed its acquisition of Moldflow Corp. first announced on May 1.

According to an Autodesk news release, Autodesk acquired Moldflow for $22 per share, or approximately $297 million, less the amount in Moldflow's cash balance and proceeds from options exercises.

Autodesk purchased 11,622,163, or 95%, of Moldflow's shares outstanding in its tender offer ended June 19, it was previously reported.

Moldflow is a Framingham, Mass., computer software company.

Autodesk is a design software and service company located in San Rafael, Calif.
