Gamco, Gabelli own 12.82% of Modine Manufacturing

Charlotte, N.C., June 4 - Investors led by Gamco Asset Management LLC and Gabelli Funds. LLC increased their ownership interest in Modine Manufacturing Co. to 12.82% from 11.7% with the purchase of 176,913 shares of the company's stock between April 3 and June 2.

The shares were priced from $14.45 to $18.17 each, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The reporting persons beneficially own 4.13 million shares of the Racine, Wis., thermal products manufacturing company's outstanding stock.
