Modern Land (China) plans to price dollar-denominated green notes

Los Angeles, July 6 – Modern Land (China) Co., Ltd. is proposing to conduct an international offering of dollar-denominated green senior notes (B3//B), according to a company announcement.

Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd., Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Ltd., Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, Haitong International Securities Co. Ltd., UBS AG Hong Kong Branch, Deutsche Bank AG, Hong Kong Branch, Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd., HeungKong Securities Ltd. and Merrill Lynch (Asia Pacific) Ltd., are joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers for the Regulation S issue.

The company said the purpose of the offering is to refinance some of its existing debt.

The property developer is based in Beijing.
