Under the extended milestones, Approach must file a plan by July 29, extended from July 15, obtain court approval of the disclosure statement by Aug. 5, pushed back from July 22 and secure confirmation of the plan by Sept. 4, extended from Aug. 24.

The plan must take effect no later than Sept. 18, two weeks later than the previous deadline of Sept. 4.

Approach Resources is a Fort Worth-based oil and gas company. The company filed bankruptcy on Nov. 18, 2019 under Chapter 11 case number 19-36444.
