New Issue: Bulgaria's MobilTel sells €200 million five-year notes to yield mid-swaps plus 180 bps

New York, Nov. 12 - MobilTel Finance BV sold €200 million five-year senior fixed-rate notes (Ba2/BB+) at mid-swaps plus 180 basis points, according to a market source.

ABN Amro, Citigroup and ING were joint bookrunners for the Regulation S-only offering.

The notes will come with a Bunds plus 50 basis points make-whole call for the first three years and then will become callable at a premium. They will also contain a 35% equity clawback.

The guarantor of the notes is MobilTel AD, Bulgaria's largest mobile phone operator. MobilTel is based in Sofia.
