Bulgaria's MobilTel to start roadshow for €200 notes million Monday in Athens and Sofia

By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, Nov. 3 - MobilTel Finance BV expects to begin a roadshow Monday in Athens, Greece, and Sofia, Bulgaria, for a €200 million offering of five-year fixed-rate senior notes (BB+), according to a market source.

The roadshow moves to Germany on Nov. 9, to Paris and Vienna, Austria, on Nov. 10, and wraps up in London on Nov. 11 and 12.

ABN Amro, Citigroup and ING are joint bookrunners for the Regulation S-only offering.

The notes will come with a make-whole call at Bunds plus 50 basis points for the first three years and then will become callable at a premium. They will also contain an equity clawback.

The guarantor of the notes is MobilTel AD, Bulgaria's largest mobile phone operator.
